We had the privilege of collaborating with Fletcher Building to develop and implement Lean principles within the NZICC project. By driving the development of in-house training materials, promoting lean culture, and implementing the Last Planner system, we contributed to saving over $2.7 million in overtime charges in just six weeks.

As part-time contractors for the Waterview Connection project, we played a vital role in optimizing operations and boosting productivity. Through the implementation of Lean culture principles and the Last Planner system, we achieved remarkable outcomes, including $15 million in savings, accelerated project timelines, and improved fatigue management for engineering and project management teams.
