How we overcame stakeholders limited system functionalities and inadequate data availability for our client?
The Challenge
- Limited system functionalities in both data collection and reporting aspects posed obstacles in their Program Delivery approach
- Low availability of data
- Organisation system (ERP system) had limited functionalities for project management requirements added complexities
- The mechanised funding procedure was not suitable for the Alliance programme exacerbating challenges
- Stakeholders did not have access to a unified source of the truth
Our Approach
- As part of our Program Delivery Approach we ensured the developlopment of data-driven project management culture
- We identified requirements of stakeholders and programme procurement model to reflect on data strategy
- We also design and developed a secure contract management tool to record valuable data and enable monitoring and review of operational and financial performances
- An assessment of the program resourcing plan was done to guide the development for best practices in improving our Project Management Approach.
The Results
- The implementation of our Program Delivery approach resulted in automated reports to enable 360-degree review in different levels
- Accessibility to historical and live data
- Facilitate auditing and OIA (Official Information Act) responding
- Delivery of high quality visualised reports to support the following:
- factual decisions making
- stakeholders management
